Our format

How each guide is structured

Every article follows the same simple structure: a plain-language explanation of the concept, a worked example, and a short list of related terms. We avoid jargon wherever possible and define it clearly where it can't be avoided.

None of our material recommends specific investments, providers or strategies. It is designed to help you understand the landscape well enough to ask better questions — of yourself, or of a qualified professional.
